Check In/Check Out

Check in time begins at 4:00 p.m. If you would like to check in earlier, please call us on the day of arrival to see if your room is ready. If you room is not ready, we will provide you with a parking spot any time after 2:00 p.m. and we will be happy to get you in your room as soon as it is ready.

Guaranteed Reservation

To guarantee a reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Atlantic Oceanside has a 7 day cancellation policy.  If you cancel 7 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is refundable less a $20.00 processing fee. If you notify us less than 7 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable. We ask that you let us know 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid loss of your deposit.

Online Deposit

When booking online, a deposit equivalent to one night's room and tax will be processed automatically.

Age Policy

We do not allow minors under 21 to book a room or to stay unaccompanied by an adult 21 or older.

Quiet Policy

The comfort of all guests is a priority. We want every guest to have a peaceful and enjoyable stay, so noise complaints are taken seriously. Quiet hours are observed nightly from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. For your comfort and protection, we will not allow parties or any noise disturbances inside or outside. In the event that you are disturbed by noise coming from this property, please call the front desk by dialing "0" and your concern wil be given prompt attention. 

*Please be advised that we are two blocks away from the Bottle & Cork and surrounding businesses. We can not control the noise level that surrounds our property. Also, the last call at surrounding businesses is 1:00 a.m.

Non-Smoking Policy

All of our rooms are smoke-free. We do have designated smoke areas throughout the property.

Pet Policy

We allow cats and dogs. Pets are not allowed in the pool. There is a fee for all pets which is $10 per pet/per night.

Late Arrivals

If you will be arriving after 10:00 p.m. EST, then please call us so we are aware.

Photo ID

Valid photo ID is required both for the check in process, as well as being a necessity to process a credit card.

Room Occupancy

Our policy permits a maximum number of people (regardless of age) in our rooms.

Rooms with Two Full Beds- Maximum # = 4

Rooms with King Bed - Maximum # - 2

Rooms with King Bed (Efficiency) - Maximum # - 2

Rooms with King Bed (with Couch) - Maximum # - 3

Rooms with King Bed (Efficiency with Patio) - Maximum # - 2

Rooms with Two Full Beds (with Couch) - Maximum # - 5

All rates quoted are based on two people per room. Each additional person in the room over the age of 16, will be charged $10.00 per person per night regardless of room type.

There must be at lease one 21 year old in each room.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards. You may pay cash at check-in, but a valid credit card will be necessary to make a deposit (equal to your first nights stay) to guarantee your room is reserved. 


Hotel stays in Dewey Beach are subject to a 8% accomodation tax per night.

How do I cancel a reservation?

If you booked a reservation online or over the phone, then you will need to call us directly to cancel. 

How do I make changes to my reservation?

If you need to make changes to your reservation, i.e changing dates, room types, etc... please give us a call and we will be happy to assist you. Please be aware that if you make any changes to your reservation, then the rate may change accordingly or if you are making the change within 7 days of your arrival, there may be a fee.

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, we require a credit card to guarantee all reservations and a credit card to be physically swiped at check in. When making a reservation online, your credit card will be charged a deposit equivalent to one night's room + tax. Please view our cancellation policy.

Do you have rollaway beds or cot?

No, we do not. Please review our maximum number of people permitted list.

Do children stay for free?

Yes, children under 16 stay free. Rates are based on 2 people. Each additional person in the room will be charged $10.00 per person per night regardless of room type.

Do you have a Coffeehouse?

Yes, we do have Dawn Patrol cafe at your convenience right in our lobby where our friendly baristas are happy to prepare your favorite coffee beverage or your go-to cold drink! We also offer a variety of muffins, bagels and grab-and-go snacks perfect for the beach!

Complimentary Continental Breakfast consists of:

Coffee, Juices, Tea, Bagels, Muffins, Doughnuts, Yogurt, Cold and Hot Cereal, Granola and Fresh Fruit

Do you have on-site laundry facilities?

Yes, we do have guest laundry coin operated facilites. Laundry detergent soap may be purchased at the Front Desk.

Do you accommadate late check outs?

Yes, based on availability. For information regarding a later check-out time, contact the Front Desk the morning of departure. There is a late out fee of $35.00.

How do I get a item returned if I've left it behind?

If you leave something behind at the hotel, please contact a member of the front desk staff immediately.
